• Carbonyl reductase 1 (CBR1)is one of several monomeric,NADPH-dependent oxidoreductases having wide specificity for carbonyl compounds.
• This enzyme is widely distributed in human tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
