MaxLight™ 490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
6-phosphogluconolactonase, also known PGLS, is an enzyme in the second step pentose phosphate pathway, which is essential for the synthesis of nucleotide sugars and NADPH, the main source of reducing power.
It converts 6-phosphogluconolactone to 6-phosphogluconate.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
