特徴

• MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• YBX1 binds to splice sites in pre-mRNA and regulates splice site selection.
• This protein binds and stabilizes cytoplasmic mRNA and contributes to the regulation of translation by modulating the interaction between the mRNA and eukaryotic initiation factors.
• It binds to promoters that contain a Y-box (5'-CTGATTGGCCAA-3'), such as HLA class II genes.
• It regulates the transcription of numerous genes and promotes separation of DNA strands that contain mismatches or are modified by cisplatin.
• It has endonucleolytic activity and can introduce nicks or breaks into double-stranded DNA (in vitro), and it may play a role in DNA repair.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
