• MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Parkinson is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimers.
• About 1 percent of people over the age of 65 and 3 percent of people over the age of 75 are affected by the disease.
• The mutation is the most common cause of Parkinson disease identified to date.
• The function of Park2 is not well-known; however, it may play a role in the ubiquitin-mediated proteolytic pathway.
• Mutations in this gene are known to cause autosomal recessive juvenile parkinsonism.
• Alternative splicing of this gene produces three known products of undetermined function.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
