MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PTHLH is a member of the parathyroid hormone family.
This hormone regulates endochondral bone development and epithelial-mesenchymal interactions during the formation of the mammary glands and teeth.
This hormone is involved in lactation possibly by regulating the mobilization and transfer of calcium to the milk.
The receptor of this hormone, PTHR1, is responsible for most cases of humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other potential application, though not tested is Direct Flow Cytometry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
