特徴
- Implicated in commitment to and/or differentiation of the myocardial lineage.
- Acts as a transcriptional activator of ANF in cooperation with GATA4.
- It is transcriptionally controlled by PBX1 and acts as a transcriptional repressor of CDKN2B.
- Together with PBX1, it is required for spleen development through a mechanism that involves CDKN2B repression.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
