- An F-box (FBX) domain is present in alternative splice variants.
- Members of the LIM protein family carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain.
- Members of the FBX protein family are involved in protein-protein interactions.
- LMO7 may be involved in protein-protein interactions.
- Multiple alternative splice variants have been described but their full-length sequences have not been determined.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
