EIF2B3 catalyzes the exchange of eukaryotic initiation factor 2-bound GDP for GTP.
Mutations in each of the five subunits of translation initiation factor eIF2B, including subunit 3, can cause leukoencephalopathy with vanishing white matter.
EIF2B3 has also been identified as a cofactor of hepatitis C virus internal ribosome entry site-mediated translation.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
