特徴

• Apoptosis regulator protein which may function as a crucial link between cell survival and cell death pathways in mammalian cells.
• It acts as an inhibitor of TNFRSF6 mediated apoptosis.
• A proteolytic fragment (p43) is likely retained in the death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) thereby blocking further recruitment and processing of caspase-8 at the complex.
• Full length and shorter isoforms have been shown either to induce apoptosis or to reduce TNFRSF-triggered apoptosis.
• It lacks enzymatic (caspase) activity.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-100Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
