特徴

• HLA-DRA is one of the HLA class II alpha chain paralogues.
• This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain, both anchored in the membrane.
• It plays a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.
• Class II molecules are expressed in antigen presenting cells (APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10-1:50Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
