84-3497-82 [取扱停止]DOK5, NT (Docking Protein 5, Downstream Of Tyrosine Kinase 5, Insulin Receptor Substrate 6, IRS-6, IRS6, C20orf180) (FITC) 200ul D8080-05B-FITC
特徴
- DOK5 is a member of the DOK family of membrane proteins, which are adapter proteins involved in signal transduction.
- The encoded protein interacts with phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases to mediate neurite outgrowth and activation of the MAP kinase pathway.
- In contrast to other DOK family proteins, this protein does not interact with RASGAP.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
