CP is a metalloprotein that binds most of the copper in plasma and is involved in the peroxidation of Fe(II)transferrin to Fe(III) transferrin.
Mutations in this protein cause aceruloplasminemia, which results in iron accumulation and tissue damage, and is associated with diabetes and neurologic abnormalities.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
