84-3496-86 [取扱停止]C1QA, CT (Complement C1q Subcomponent Subunit A) (FITC) 200ul C0010-10L-FITC
特徴
- C1QA is a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1q.
- C1q associates with C1r and C1s in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system.
- Deficiency of C1q has been associated with lupus erythematosus and glomerulonephritis.
- C1q is composed of 18 polypeptide chains: six A-chains, six B-chains, and six C-chains.
- Each chain contains a collagen-like region located near the N terminus and a C-terminal globular region.
- The A-, B-, and C-chains are arranged in the order A-C-B on hromosome 1.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
