84-3496-55 [取扱停止]APOC3, CT (Apolipoprotein C-III, Apo-CIII, ApoC-III, Apolipoprotein C3) (FITC) 200ul A2299-68P-FITC
特徴
- Apolipoprotein C-III is a very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) protein.
- APOC3 inhibits lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase; it is thought to delay catabolism of triglyceride-rich particles.
- The APOA1, APOC3 and APOA4 genes are closely linked in both rat and human genomes.
- The A-I and A-IV genes are transcribed from the same strand, while the A-1 and C-III genes are convergently transcribed.
- An increase in apoC-III levels induces the development of hypertriglyceridemia.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
