特徴

• TRKA (also known as NTRK1)is a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor (NTKR) family.
• This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway.
• The presence of this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may play a role in specifying sensory neuron subtypes.
• Mutations in the TRKA gene have been associated with congenital insensitivity to pain, anhidrosis, self-mutilating behavior, mental retardation and cancer.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-100Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
