Catalytic subunit of tRNA (adenine-N(1)-)- methyltransferase, which catalyzes the formation of N(1)- methyladenine at position 58 (m1A58) in initiator methionyl-tRNA.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
