Competes with PAxenopus4 in binding to a common element in the glucagon, insulin and somatostatin promoters.
Regulates specification of the ventral neuron subtypes by establishing the correct progenitor domains (By similarity).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
