特徴
- Does not have alcohol dehydrogenase activity.
- Binds NADP and acts through a one-electron transfer process.
- Orthoquinones, such as 1,2-naphthoquinone or 9,10-phenanthrenequinone, are the best substrates (in vitro).
- May act in the detoxification of xenobiotics.
- Interacts with (AU)-rich elements (ARE) in the 3'-UTR of target mRNA species.
- Enhances the stability of mRNA coding for BCL2.
- NADPH binding interferes with mRNA binding.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
