特徴
- Receptor for cholecystokinin.
- Mediates pancreatic growth and enzyme secretion, smooth muscle contraction of the gall bladder and stomach.
- Has a 1000-fold higher affinity for CCK rather than for gastrin.
- It modulates feeding and dopamine-induced behavior in the central and peripheral nervous system.
- This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
