- Has medium-chain fatty acid:CoA ligase activity with broad substrate specificity (in vitro).
- Acts on acids from C(4) to C(11) and on the corresponding 3-hydroxy- and 2,3- or 3,4- unsaturated acids (in vitro) (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
