特徴
- The Pro-neuregulin-4, membrane-bound isoform contains 1 EGF-like domain and belongs to the neuregulin family.
- It is low affinity ligand for the ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptor.
- Concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors.
- However, it does not bind to the ERBB1, ERBB2 and ERBB3 receptors (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
