特徴
- PLTP is one of at least two lipid transfer proteins found in human plasma.
- The protein transfers phospholipids from triglyceride-rich lipoproteins to high density lipoprotein (HDL).
- In addition to regulating the size of HDL particles, this protein may be involved in cholesterol metabolism.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
