LTBP1 may be involved in the assembly, secretion and targeting of TGFB1 to sites at which it is stored and/or activated.
This protein may play critical roles in controlling and directing the activity of TGFB1, and it may have a structural role in the extra cellular matrix (ECM).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
