- The glypicans comprise a family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored heparan sulfate proteoglycans.
- The glypicans have been implicated in the control of cell growth and division.
- Glypican 6 is a putative cell surface coreceptor for growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, proteases and anti-proteases.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
