特徴

• The enzyme GLO1 is responsible for the catalysis and formation of S-lactoyl-glutathione from methylglyoxal condensation and reduced glutatione.
• Glyoxalase I is linked to HLA and is localized to 6p21.3-p21.1, between HLA and the centromere.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
