ETV4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry (Not Tested).
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:50- 1:100Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10- 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
