特徴
- ELF4 is transcriptional activator that binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus 5'-WGGA-3'.
- The protein acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the IL3 promoter.
- Also transactivates the PRF1 promoter in natural killer (NK) cells.
- This protein plays a role in the development and function of NK and NK T-cells and in innate immunity.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
