- Endomorphins 1 and 2 are endogenous opioid peptides which have the highest affinity for the mu-opioid receptors.
- Located in various parts of the brain and interacts with mu-opioid receptors and produces analgesia.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, PAP or ABC.

- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:200PAP or ABC: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
