- Cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript (CART) is expressed within hypothalamic nuclei implicated in the regulation of feeding behavior.
- It is up-regulated by leptin, and CART-derived peptides acutely inhibit food intake.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, PAP and ABC.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:200PAP or ABC: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
