特徴
- Stromal membrane associated protein-1 (SMAP1) is a GTPase activating protein that plays a role in clathrin-dependent endocytosis.
- It may also play a role in erythropoiesis.
- SMAP1 is known to interact with ARF6 and the clathrin heavy chains via the clathrin box-like motif.
- SMAP1 is expressed in bone marrow, adrenal gland, trachea, lymph node, spinal cord, peripheral blood leukocytes, thyroid and stomach.
- A highly specific and sensitive antibody against Small ARFGAP1.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:5000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
