特徴

• Ras-related protein Rab-27a belongs to the small GTPase superfamily.
• The protein is membrane-bound and is involved in protein transport and small GTPase mediated signal transduction.
• Rab27a plays a role in cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes.
• Rab27a is widely expressed with considerable expression in pancreatic islets and pituitary tissue, and low expression in the brain.
• Defects in RAB27A are a cause of Griscelli syndrome type 2 (GS2), a rare autosomal recessive disorder.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000, recommended blocking solution: Donkey Serum 20%Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
