Plekstrin homology and SEC7 domain-containing protein 4 (EFA6B) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for ARF6-like protein.
It is also involved in membrane recycling, which explains its expression in many tissues such as the placenta, pancreas, spleen, thymus and peripheral blood.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
