GliPr1L1 was identified as a lipid raft associated protein in cauda epididymal spermatozoa.
GliPr1L1 is present in testis and associated with spermatazoa along the epididymis.
This protein may undergo post- translational modifications during transit along the epididymis, and may ultimately be involved in the binding of spermatozoa to oocytes.
