ARNO/Cytohesin-2 acts as guanine-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for ADP-ribosylation factor such as ARF1, ARF3 and ARF6.
Both isoforms (1 and 2) of ARNO/Cytohesin-2 are located in the cytoplasm and in cell membrane after being recruited through their association with ARL4A, ARL4C and ARL4D.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
