• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Receptor-interacting kinase (RIP2) is a 61.2kD cytoplasmic protein belonging to the protein kinase superfamily.
• It is a novel kinase that regulates TNF and Fas induced-apoptosis and is involved in the generation of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1beta.
• Over expression of RIP2 has been shown to induce apoptosis, and the activation of NF-Kappa-B and JNK.
• RIP2 is widely expressed in a range of human tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen) and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 10ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
