MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
IL-8, also known as CXCL8, is produced by a range of cells including stimulated monocytes, mast cells, endothelial cells, keratinocytes and fibroblasts.
Human IL-8 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 0.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Recommended Secondary Reagents:Sheep anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
