特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Glycine receptors are members of the ligand-gated ion channel superfamily, which mediate fast inhibitory neurotransmission.
• The receptors are pentameric membrane proteins which form chloride channels.
• Binding of glycine to its receptor produces an increase in chloride conductance and membrane hyperpolarisation.
• Four genes encoding glycine receptor alpha subunits have been identified, together with a single beta polypeptide.
• Each subunit consists of a large extracellular N-terminal region, four transmembrane domains, and a large cytoplasmic domain.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen).
• Other applications not tested.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
