MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
GAPDH is a major glycolytic enzyme within the cytosol, which is also involved in a number of intracellular processes including membrane fusion, microtubule bundling, phosphotransferase, DNA replication and DNA repair.
Recent studies have suggested that GAPDH may be involved in the cellular phenotype of age-related neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrival using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
Sodium citrate buffer pH 6 is recommended
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
