特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• DNAse II is an enzyme involved in both the condensation of chromatin and the fragmentation of DNA.
• DNase II is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml.
• Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate, pH 6.0 is recommended.
• Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Decects a band of ~40kD in human tissue spleen cell lysate
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
