特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• DEDAF (death effector domain associated factor), is a 32kD protein that associates with DED-containing proteins but does not itself contain a DED.
• DEDAF interacts with the death effector domains of FADD, DEDD and the proforms of caspase-8 and caspase-10.
• It augments the formation of complexes between CD95, FADD and caspase-8 at the cell membrane and enhances apoptosis.
• The protein was also independently identified as RING1 and YY1 binding protein (RYBP), which was implicated in the regulation of transcription.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot:A band at ~32kD was detected in human A549 cell lysates
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
