MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
CXCL9 acts as a Th1 (type 1 helper T) cell chemoattractant, and plays a role in the growth, activation and movement of cells associated with immune and inflammatory responses, and in tumor growth inhibition and angiogenesis.
Studies have shown that CXCL9 is active against E.coli, S.aureus, L.
monocytogenes and S.pyogenes.
