MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
CXCL1, also known as Gro and KC., is an 8kD cytokine which is expressed predominantly by monocytes after activation, but it also expressed by fibroblasts, endothelial cells, synovia cell and several tumor cell lines.
CXCL1 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:FLISA: 0.5-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlFunctional Assays: 5-10ug/mlOptimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O .
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
