• Human CX3CR1 is a 40.4kD seven transmembrane protein.
• CX3CR1, known also as fractalkine receptor, is the receptor for CX3CL1 and acts as a co-receptor with CD4 for the HIV-1 envelope protein.
• It is expressed in a variety of human tissues and mediates leukocyte adhesion and migration.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
