MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Cortisol is up-regulated in response to stress, and leads to an increase in blood pressure and blood sugar, and an immunosuppressive action to help restore body homeostasis.
Cortisol also has multiple effects on human behavior, including sleep patterns, mood, and the reception of sensory input.
Changes in cortisol expression have pathological consequences; hypercortisolism results in Cushing's syndrome, whilst hypocortisolism leads to Addison's disease.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
