• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) is a 90kD type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes.
• TLR2 is also expressed in the spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes.
• TLR2 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml; Detected a band of ~100kD in A-20 cell lysates
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug; Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Human spleen
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. 
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
