特徴

• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Calcitonin receptor is a membrane protein with seven transmembrane domains that are coupled to G protein messenger systems.
• The calcitonin receptor is expressed in kidney, central and peripheral nervous systems and in osteoclasts.
• It is also expressed in a number of tissues during the development of the embyro.
• It may be important in fetal morphogenesis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10-1:100.
• The use of 4% paraformaldehyde fixation, rather than formalin fixation, is recommended.
• A sensitive detection system is also recommended; e.g.
• a catalyzed signal amplification system.
• Paraffin sections do not require protein digestion pre-treatment.
• Does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining
• FLISA: 1:10,000Western Blot: Reducing conditionsOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
• Recommended Positive Control Tissue:IHC: Kidney, cultered osteoclasts

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
