• Murine interferon gamma (IFN gamma) is a regulatory cytokine, which is produced by activated natural killer cells and a population of T-lymphocytes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:FLISA: 0.5-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlNeutralization: 4-6ng/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
