特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Tumor endothelial marker 7 (TEM7) is a 55.8kD protein belonging to the plexin family.
• TEM7 is strongly expressed in endothelial cells from colorectal cancer and from primary cancers of the lung, liver, brain, breast and pancreas.
• High expression of TEM7 is associated with metastasis and poor survival of patients with osteogenic sarcoma.
• Studies have indicated the existence of least four isoforms of TEM7 which include membrane bound, secreted and intracellular forms.
• TEM7 is not detectable in endothelial cells from normal tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
