特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• TCCR (T cell cytokine receptor), otherwise known as Interleukin-27 Receptor Alpha.
• It is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family with higher levels of expression in CD4+ T cells than in CD8+ T cells.
• It is a receptor for Interleukin-27 and is involved in the regulation of Th1-type T cells.
• It also appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms.
• TCCR is highly expressed in lymphoid tissue such as spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood leukocytes.
• It is also weakly expressed in tissues such as the heart, brain and lung.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml ~70kD in human spleen tissue lysates
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
