MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Staphylococcus enterotoxin A, an exotoxin excreted by Staphylococcus aureus that is the cause of classic food poisoning.
It consists of 233aa with a molecular weight of 27.8kD and is one of six antigenically distinct enterotoxin proteins that have been identified (A, B, C, D, E and G).
